Use HIIT Builder to manage your High-intensity Interval Training. Create custom workouts from a basic HIIT template or use our ladder and pyramid templates to energize your personal training. All your workouts are stored on your device. There is no need to create an account. We don’t ask for any personal health data and we don’t show ads.
You can share workouts with friends and family via email and AirDrop.
HIIT Builder uses large fonts and contrasting colors to make it easy to see where you are in an exercise. You can customize how HIIT Builder tells you that an interval is coming to a close. The app can countdown to the end of an interval or it can ring bells. You can have the app speak the name of the next exercise. You can also have the app flash the screen when transitioning between intervals.
Each workout can be completely customized. You can have each exercise interval be the same length or you can modify each interval’s length to get exactly what you need from the exercise.
Create as many workouts as you want. Search through your personal workout library to choose which workout you want to do.
When iCloud is enabled, you can create workouts on your iPad and see them show up in your iPhone’s HIIT Builder workout library.
