Ab Workout

Twenty-five minutes of ab work. Eight exercises, repeated for three rounds. Each round the exercise interval increases by 5 seconds.

 

Full Body Workout

Twenty-eight minutes of body weight exercises. Fourteen different exercises. Each interval is forty seconds of work followed by twenty seconds of rest.

 

Running Cool Down

Seven minutes of walking and stretching cool down to do after finishing a run.

 

Running Speed Intervals

Thirty-minute run. Ten minutes of slow jogging followed by fifteen minutes of speed intervals. Two minutes on, one minute off. It ends with a five minute cool down.

 

Wake-up Workout

Twenty minutes of low-impact, low-intensity exercises.  Forty seconds of work followed by twenty seconds of rest. Ten different exercises, repeated twice. A great way to wake-up your body.
